Our updated & ongoing mission: 

To provide opportunities for serious neurodiverse youth artists to access health focused support outlets, direction, two-way mentorships and performance/exhibit / platforms - allowing them to gain well-rounded experience on & off the stage or wall. 

 

Our next level MISSION has 2 equal parts: 

A) To PRoViDE... Arts scholarships & creative residencies - toward support services for serious post high school age underserved Youth artists -living the challenges of cognitive exceptionalities -who also possess the neurodiverse gift(s) to thrive specifically in the Arts. 

 

B) To BUiLD... an open air Artist Wellness and Training Village for all serious young Artists to include those who need a healthy place to, fortify their purpose, experience a healthy creative community, & hone their skills beyond a traditional school, college or organized development boundaries.

This village will be a home away from home where ALL qualifying Artists will be welcome to retun any time to drop in, lend a hand, take a class, spend time in our tree houses writing their next film, song or book or to just sit quiteyly in our Zen garden to regroup. (aka: 'nourish' their wellness)

WHO WE ARE / WHAT DO WE DO: 

We are a 501 (3)(c) non profit organization. 

With a wellness first mindset - we assist young post high school age neurodiverse creative Artists unite their gifts w/their challenges while they transition to independently 'thrive and shine' as self-directed value creating contributors in society.  

Since 2015 we have done this through community well planned & pop-up style events, master classes, 2 way mentorship’s, one on one trainings and beyond.

Since the lockdown we have shifted our momentum to include efforts toward building a green open air wellness & training Village for all post high school age Artists.

What will this Village include? 

​

• High Quality Barn Venue Sound Stage: for all live performing & entertaining opportunities.

​

• Free Rehearsal/Practice/Writing/Creative Spaces:For serious vocalists, musicians, dancers, visual & media artists, songwriters, fashion designers, etc... Available also for private & group training/practice.

​

• Photography/Psych Wall & Video/Photo Technology: For all visual creative training services including content creation and beyond.

​

• Dance / Yoga / Physical Conditioning Rooms

​

• Sound Stages: Varying sizes for multiple live performance training / showcase / video creation / presentation needs & beyond.

​

• State of the art Recording Studio: For all music creative & training services including pre-production, recording, mixing, engineering & mastering & DJ training and beyond.

​

• Visual Arts Creation / Exhibit Rooms: For all visual arts training, creating, mentoring, display needs.

​

• Multi-Purpose Rooms: For instruction, presentations, seminars, master classes & lectures, etc...

​

• Full Service Juice Bar & Healthy Menu Cafe of food grown in the village by Artists: Promoting healthy lifestyle options void of any kind of alcohol or drugs for artists to get the best out of their performances & life.

• Various creative pro Services Available Will Include: Artistic Direction, Styling consultation, Artist conditioning, Audio/Visual content creation, Promo, social media direction & more.

​

• Programs available Will intend not to pamper and stroke the artist - but to challenge and guide toward self-direction while safely providing real world opportunities for them to gain the skills, experience & confidence needed to then proudly fuse with their Artistic gifts as they advance in society toward their future goals.

• The Village will be a HEALTH FOCUSED, SAFE and OPEN age appropriate place in the community where post high school Youth will be supported and guided by our Team of young & old-school experienced, skilled visionaries

• Zen Garden, Therapeutic equine & Horticulture activities, and Goat Yoga.

 

All of that and BEYOND...in an effort to continue​ the original passion of B-G.R.E.A.T. to:

Binarily (two-way)-GROW RELEVANT EXCEPTIONAL ARTISTS who will THRIVE & shine in society -

beyond any stigmas - the way they were born to!

WHY A VILLAGE?

We are confident that we will be able to significantly help these young Artist most effectively when we have the needed

open green space and ecologically friendly environment to welcome them into.

We are additionally confident that we will not only be able to do so in our local community, but in communities all over the world.

 

When we build it...they WiLL come, and they will know this Village to be a second home they can always return to if they

feel lost or distracted or just have the need to give back, re-train, or just 'fortify their purpose'

outside of their industry demands hence re-focusing or reuniting with their many individual reasons to keep going! 

Our village is not being designed just to help Artists ‘feel & look’ great, but will be an experience igniting in them  

the recall of training, and mental & physical wellness strategies they will carry throughout their lives propelling them to, in fact

‘Be’ GREAT!
